That soaked moong dal water is incredible for skin and hair! Preserve, and give yourself a wash- apply it on post-shower and soap wash, and allow it to soak up a bit. Wash out with extremely lukewarm or cold water. Dont add any soap post the wash. Watch your skin slowly gain suppleness and glow after a few washes.
Fire Flow Capsules are excellent for improving energy and metabolism. I feel more vibrant and healthy since I started using them.

I have more basic suggestions: Weight the amount of protein per 100 g of weight rather than per 100 kcal. Why? - Because both protein and calories are good in a plantbased wholefood diet. More calories are only a problem when nutrients are scarce in comparision. For me, I'm happy if protein sources also provide more calories, because only that way I'm able to get enough calories along with my protein to achieve a reasonable bodyweight, so the approach of judging protein sources according to their amount of protein divided by the calories makes absolutely zero sense for me. What decides how much protein you actually can get in any case is how much is in there per 100 g. That would change the rating in a lot of cases into something useful. Calories are a different topic. While you mentioned a lot of legumes and processed foods, there are lots of great wholefood protein sources left out: Oats bran, amaranth, whole wheat, spelt, sorghum, tahini, almonds, chia seeds, chashews, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds. Well, and of course you will not cover your protein needs by consuming something like stinging nettle, but adding this to your smoothie would be an absolute boost in nutrients while adding just a little bit more protein without any downsides.

Leucine is good, but so are lysine, glycine, proline and arginine and "complete source of amino acids" doesn't mean "optimal amino acid composition". Non-essential amino acids are not non-important. You may need more of one than another amino acid to fulfill your vital needs, but more of the other for optimal health benefits. Even those established basic needs are based on simplistic studies, which are actually very bad at reflecting the actual optimal amino acid composition, at least outside of a scenario of acute lack.

For $.82 for 15 ounces I buy Walmart great value seasoned black beans. I eat one or two cans a day and it’s very satiating because it has both high protein and high fiber. I don’t wait but I can tell you that these beans to me and possibly you might enjoy, the taste is very delicious. However, a lot more money can be saved by cooking dry beans, which are 1/5 the cost. The price does not include the energy to cook it though. The amount of beans I can save $20 a month $240 a year and almost $9000 in the next 35 years by cooking from dry beans. But it’s less convenient. Edit: for emphasis, yes. I will eat beans every day for the next 35 years except when probably when traveling where I will carry a wheat bread, which is easier to carry.
